3. Platform Usage

Game Downloads

You must download games through the official links provided. Using modified or unauthorized versions may result in account suspension.

Task Completion

All task completions must be genuine. Submitting fraudulent proof or using automated systems will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

4. Revenue Sharing

The 60/40 revenue split (60% platform, 40% users) applies to all advertising revenue generated from games played by platform users.

• Tier placement is determined by platform activity and games completed
• Tier allocations may be adjusted based on platform growth
• Revenue distribution occurs monthly
• Minimum payout threshold must be met for withdrawals

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses of $80 are paid for every 500 qualified referrals. A qualified referral is a user who:

• Registers using your referral link
• Completes all 20 game downloads
• Submits valid proof for all required tasks
• Remains active on the platform for at least 30 days

Fraudulent referral activity (fake accounts, incentivized signups without genuine participation) will result in referral bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Submit false or manipulated proof of task completion
• Attempt to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Harass or abuse other users

7. Payment Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply
• Payment processing may take 3-7 business days
• Accurate payment information must be provided
• FairShare is not responsible for incorrect payment details
• Unclaimed earnings may be subject to expiration after 180 days

8. Account Termination

FairShare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, all pending earnings may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer

FairShare provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific earnings amounts, as revenue depends on game engagement and advertising performance. Tier placements and revenue sharing amounts are subject to change based on platform growth and performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

FairShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of earnings in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

FairShare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
